Training Log 17 Sept 2025 – Small Workouts and an Evening Walk

Today’s exercise consisted of several short workouts during the day plus an evening walk. Simple movements like push-ups and squats form a good foundation for a daily workout routine. The relaxed walk in the evening rounded off the day nicely.


Morning Workout

The day started with a light morning session:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 squats

A short workout first thing helps wake up the body and boost alertness for the day.


Lunch Workout

At lunchtime the same exercise set as in the morning:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 squats

Doing repetitions throughout the day helps accumulate movement in small parts, which works well even with a busy schedule.


Afternoon Workout

In the afternoon the workout was ramped up a bit:

  • 15 push-ups
  • 25 squats

The increased number of repetitions helps gradually build strength and endurance.


Evening Walk

To finish the day there was an evening walk, which provided a pleasant contrast to strength training. Walk details:
