Training Log September 20 – Cycling in Two Sessions

The workout on September 20 consisted entirely of cycling, split into two separate rides with solid mileage.

Morning Ride: 10.78 km

In the morning, I completed a 10.78 km ride, lasting 42:17 minutes.

Evening Ride: 12.74 km

Later in the evening, I went for a slightly longer cycling session, covering 12.74 km in 59:17 minutes.

  • Wandrer recorded 0.43 new kilometers.
  • Squatrats progress: +3 Squadratinhos and +1 Yardinho.

Summary

The total distance for the day was 23.52 kilometers. This session not only added more kilometers to Strava but also expanded Wandrer coverage and contributed to Squatrats achievements.
